Service Best NL is a full-day workshop that teaches employees and businesses how to create memorable customer experiences, identify and respond to customer needs, and turn dissatisfied customers into loyal fans.

In partnership with the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts & Recreation, the regular registration fee has been subsidized to:
- $20.22 + HST per person for members
- $82.72 + HST per person for non-members

(*Regular fees are $62.50 + HST for Hospitality NL members and $125.00 + HST for non-members. Available only for tourism businesses and organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador.)
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours in order to receive a refund – no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24 hours. Substitutions will be allowed.
Attendees at any Hospitality NL events across Newfoundland and Labrador do hereby give permission for event management to use any photos and/or video taken during the event that contains their likeness in any respectable manner without compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of these photos and/or videos in print or electronic promotional material and/or on Hospitality NL’s website and/or on the organization’s social media channels.
