There are four phases to Hospitality NL’s Board of Directors Election:

Phase I: Nominations

Nominations will open for the available positions on Thursday December 14th, 2023. The nomination form is found HERE.

There will be five (5) Director-at-Large positions available on the 2024 Hospitality NL Board of Directors.

We ask that you submit your nomination form by 12 noon (NST), January 21st, 2024. 

To be eligible to run, candidates must be:

• A member in good standing with Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador;
• Members from the industry and associate categories as per the Articles of Association;
• The primary, voting representative for the member organization; and
• Endorsed by two other Hospitality NL members (primary representatives) in good standing.

Phase II: Introduction of Candidates

Following the nomination deadline, candidate profiles will be circulated to all voting members.

Phase III: Voting
The 2024 Election will take place online from February 6th-17th, 2024. All candidate and voting information will be sent to each member’s primary contact.

Phase IV: Results
Hospitality NL will announce the 2024 Board of Directors at the AGM scheduled for Tuesday February 20th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm held in Salon B at the Delta Hotel & Conference Centre.
