The 2018 Canadian Tourism Sector Compensation Study is now live.
On behalf of Tourism HR Canada, Hospitality NL is looking for tourism businesses to participate – employers from accommodations, food and beverage services, recreation and entertainment, and travel services.
If you want to attract, recruit, and retain skilled workers for peak performance in your workplace, you need to ensure your compensation package is competitive. Survey participants gain access to the full 2018 Canadian Tourism Compensation Study, including compensation data on the main occupations in your industry.
Participants will also receive information on industry benefits and incentive programs. All this valuable information will facilitate your understanding of the tourism labour market, which will allow you to assess how competitive your compensation package is.
