Immigration Engagement Session in St. John’s – July 25, 2018

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador recognizes immigration as a driver of economic development, innovation, and increased diversity.

The Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism will be hosting an engagement session at Admiral’s Green Clubhouse, Pippy Park, St. John’s, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 8:00am to 11:30am.

Breakfast will be served at 8:00am, followed by a presentation on provincial immigration programs (Provincial Nominee Program and the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program), and an update on foreign qualification recognition projects led by Newfoundland and Labrador stakeholders.  Following the morning break, stakeholders will be able to participate in a one-hour cultural competency training component.  Attendees will have opportunities to discuss scenarios and ask questions.
