Who should take this training?
This training is definitely for the staff or contractors that clean, but the cleaners could never keep up with the scope and frequency
required to have a safe and clean business. It is recommended that those who are typically “non-cleaning” staff also take this training.
By the end of the training, learners should be able to:
- Identify potential areas of a property/business that require cleaning and disinfecting or sanitizing
- Understand the importance of increased cleaning maintenance and the impact if it is not consistently performed at a safe level and
- Use the right cleaning and disinfecting steps per area by re-visiting current standards of practice.
This training will raise awareness and educate learners on the:
- Types of cleaning solutions
- Difference between cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting
- Consequences of not cleaning properly
- Areas to be cleaned and disinfected
- Frequency of cleaning
Clean It Right is NOT a program designed to teach participants how to be cleaners, or to replace internal policies and procedures. It is a program to teach cleaners and all staff when, where and how frequently cleaning is required to provide a safe environment for customers and employees considering our current situation with COVID-19.It is also a program with long term benefits for your business. To ensure learners understanding the content contained in the program the pass score on the test is 100%
The program is delivered on-line through self-study.
