“To have our provincial tourism industry represented in such key roles on the national stage is invaluable to Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador and ultimately, will aid the organization in advocating for the industry operators who work tirelessly to do their part in developing this industry to its full potential,” says Hospitality NL Chair, Larry Laite. “The Board and staff of Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador are certain that Craig will bring his passion for tourism and dedication to the industry to the table with his counterparts from across the country.”

“I am delighted to be able to work with some great tourism professionals from across Canada,” said Mr. Foley. “With the backing of many talented and hard-working tourism operators here in Newfoundland and Labrador, I hope to maximize this opportunity to build upon our existing tourism development initiatives and showcase our unique tourism product to the rest of Canada.”

Mr. Foley joins fellow provincial tourism leader, Cathy Duke, Chief Executive Officer of Destination St. John’s, on the TIAC Board of Directors. Ms. Duke was appointed to the Board in 2013.
