Hospitality NL’s Board of Directors is comprised of the following:

• 7 Directors at large;
• 1 Hotel/Motel sector representative;
• 1 Bed and Breakfast sector representative;
• 1 Food & Beverage sector representative; and
• when necessary, 2 Directors may be appointed by the Board of Directors for a total of 12 directors.
