There are four phases to Hospitality NL’s Board of Directors Election:

Phase I: Nominations

Nominations are now open for the positions of Director at Large and Hotel & Motel Sector Representative (each are three-year terms) for the 2019 Hospitality NL Board of Directors.

**Please note, there will be a Hotel & Motel sector election during which only Food & Beverage members will be eligible to run/vote.**

We ask that you submit your nomination form by 12 noon, January 29, 2023.

To be eligible to run, candidates must be:

• A member in good standing with Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador;
• Members shall be from the industry and associate categories;
• The primary, voting representative for the member organization; and
• Nominated by two other Hospitality NL members in good standing.

Phase II: Introduction of Candidates

Following the nomination deadline, candidate profiles will be circulated.

Phase III: Voting
The 2023 Leadership Election will take place online from February 8-22, 2023. All candidate and voting information will be sent to each member’s primary contact.

Phase IV: Results
Hospitality NL will announce the 2023 Board of Directors at the AGM scheduled for February 28, 2023.
