Bed and Breakfast for Sale - July 24, 2009

The facility includes the Verandah Sunroom which accommodates 28 guests for breakfast,lunch, dinner and special events. Guest can enjoy an outstanding ocean view while dining and the occasional whale and dolphin will drop by to say hello.

For six years, this restaurant has been highlighted in “Where to Eat in Canada” and the facility is fully licensed.

Inn By The Bay has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a six burner Garland propane
stove.

There are seven guest rooms, with ensuites. Guest Rooms come equipped with cable TV, telephone with private voice mail, and computer connection.

Two of the guest rooms are in a self contained suite in an area of the building that is segregated from the remaining guest rooms. This would be suitable for on site accommodations for the owner. In addition there is an alternative for owner’s accommodations as Hudson Cottage at 54 Front Rd in Dildo is also for sale. This two bedroom cottage is a very short walk from Inn By The Bay and the cottage is fully furnished and available for $59,000.

The asking price for Inn By The Bay, fully equipped is $589,000.
