The Labrador North Chamber of Commerce selected as the 2003 Chamber of the Year - August 17, 2004

The Labrador North Chamber of Commerce was selected as the 2003 Chamber of the Year at the Newfoundland and Labrador Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting held in Plum Point, from May 14-16, 2004. The LNCC was recognized for its efforts in supporting its members, participation in community and its involvement in regional issues, and development of innovative projects to service area businesses (e.g. NorthLink).

In addition, LNCC director Perry Trimper was named Chamber Member of the Year. Mr. Trimper has been an integral component in a number of chamber and community-related initiatives, most notably NorthLink and the Goose Bay Citizens Coalition.
