| Ocean Net's 10th Annual "Youth and the Oceans" Conference 2008 - October 9, 2008 | Junior and High School students are now registering for Ocean Net's 10th annual youth conference on the ocean environment taking place at Hampton Hall, Marine Institute on Friday, October 17th. Seats are limited so delegates should book early.
"Youth and the Oceans" is a gathering of students and teachers who share a concern for the marine environment. Conference theme: Our Oceans, Our Future: It's all about YOU! There is no charge to attend. Nutrition break and lunch provided.

Headliners will be S'et A'newey Performers from the Miawpukek First Nation in Conne River who'll be attending to open the conference with a performance and to talk about their culture and their deep respect for the environment.
