| Congratulations Flying Boat Festival International - January 28, 2008 | | Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador would like to congratulate The Flying Boat Festival International (FBFI) for receiving numerous accolades in recent months. The FBFI, a partnership between the Towns of Norris Arm and Botwood and the Exploits Valley Economic Development Corporation, was named as one of the American Bus Association’s Top 100 Events for 2008. In addition, the FBFI also won the 2007 Torngat Award from Municipalities Newfoundland & Labrador for Innovation in Regional Cooperation in recognition of their leadership in efforts to increase regional cooperation through the Flying Boat Festival. FBFI also won the Ambassador Award during the 2007 Grand Falls-Windsor Business Excellence Awards held in January 2008. Congratulations!
