The Newfoundland & Labrador Employers’ Council has been ACTing for employers in this province since 1982. We stand by our ACT motto by providing Advocacy, Communication and Training services in matters that affect the employment relationship and the workplace.

The Council strives to promote better understanding and application of a wide range of issues impacting the workplace including areas such as employment standards, labour relations, employment law, human resource management, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, and employment insurance.
