Description
The HRTA is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are representatives of the business, municipal, cultural/heritage and tourism operators throughout the Peninsula. Several committees and subcommittees have been established to deal with specific initiatives of the HRTA. Ex-officio’s from the Department of Development and Rural Renewal, Schooner Regional Development Corporation and the Department of Tourism, Cultural and Recreation, as well as business and professional advisors, provide invaluable tourism related insight and information to the staff and Board of Directors of the Association.
