TAP Webinar: Credit/Debit Card Options for Seasonal Operators

The TAP Webinar Series continues with the third installment, Credit/Debit Card Options for Seasonal Operators. The Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism Board and its partners invite you to join to learn more about the credit and debit card options that are right for your business.

This webinar will examine TAP standard number one as it pertains to the acceptance of credit and/or debit card payments.  Presenter, Joanne Whitten, Business Development Manager with Chase Paymentech will discuss the flexible credit and debit options and services that are available for all types of businesses, including those that are seasonal.

Background:

Newfoundland and Labrador’s Tourism Assurance Plan is designed to elevate traveler confidence in local tourism services and attractions by ensuring that all organizations promoted in Newfoundland and Labrador meet common minimum standards.

The TAP deadlines are fast approaching, May 31, 2014 and December 31, 2014 (Outfitting sector). Those operators not TAP compliant by the deadline dates will not be eligible for participation in provincial marketing and promotional initiatives or membership/partnership with Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador and/or the Destination Management Organizations.

    I was registered for the Liabilty Insurance on Jan 29, but unfortunately I had a family emergency. Will this webinar be offered again in the future?
