SUPERHOST ATLANTIC
SuperHost Atlantic – Expect Excellence is a 6-7 hour seminar, focusing on the needs of your visitors and customers. The skills and techniques you will learn are the fundamentals of service professionalism.

By the end of the seminar, you will  be able to:
1.    Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service skills.
2.    Describe the communication process, and the skills required to make your communication effective.
3.    Use effective techniques to handle customer concerns.
4.    Describe the value of Tourism to Newfoundland and Labrador in your community.
5.    Identify Tourism attractions, events and services in your community.

The cost is $55+ hst pp for HNL members and $80+ hst pp for non-members.

Participants will receive a  SuperHost lapel pin and certificate upon successful completion of the workshop.
