•Programmable Thermostats
Get money back when you upgrade to programmable thermostats and save hundreds of dollars in heating costs. Save energy and money by simply lowering the setting on your thermostat at the end of the business day by 5°C.

•LED Wall Packs
Get $25 back for each LED wall pack you install and save up to $50** a year for each fixture you replace. Wall packs are used to illuminate a wide variety of indoor and outdoor spaces including stairwells, perimeter lighting, parking lots and over entries and exits. Light Emitting Diode or LED wall packs are three to four times more efficient than standard lighting, such as traditional incandescent, metal halide (MH) or high pressure sodium (HPS) outdoor lighting fixtures.

•Occupancy Sensors
Get money back when you install occupancy sensors and save on lighting costs. On average businesses are able to decrease energy use by 30% using occupancy sensors to detect the presence or absence of people and turn lights on and off accordingly.

•High Performance Showerheads
Get $15 back for each high performance showerhead you install and save energy, money and water. Approximately 17% of the water we use each day is for showering. High performance showerheads can decrease water usage by over 25%, providing significant savings for hotels, bed & breakfasts, fitness centres and many other types of businesses.
