HNL’s Board of Directors is comprised of the following:

  • 7 Directors at large;
  • 1 Hotel/Motel Association representative;
  • 1 Bed and Breakfast Association representative;
  • 1 Restaurant Association representative; and
  • when necessary, 2 Directors may be appointed by the Board of Directors for a total of 12 directors.
