How to Become a Director

After an election process leading up to HNL’s Annual General Meeting, HNL’s new Board of Directors is announced. Nominations open in December for members who are interested in serving on HNL’s Board of Directors! Representative of HNL member business are eligible for a two year term. Many policy decisions are made at the Board level on issues and matters that affect tourism businesses in Newfoundland & Labrador. This is an important opportunity to provide your input into shaping the tourism industry in Newfoundland and Labrador. As a Director at Large you will represent the entire membership of HNL and are expected to make every effort to attend all regular board meetings. If you are able to make this commitment, we strongly encourage you to put your name forward!
